Jonathan Duncan comes to Lake City with over 15 years in the accounting field, with the majority of those within the multi-family real estate industry. He has specialized in streamlining and improving financial processes, while demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail. He is a graduate of both the University of West Florida and Georgia State University. When he’s not working, he enjoys running marathons, traveling, and spending time with his wife and twin boys.

Katy Allen joined Lake City Living in 2023 as the Corporate Operations Coordinator. In this pivotal role, she not only serves as a liaison between Lake City Living and Lake City Equity leadership teams and partners but also plays a crucial part in cultivating relationships, streamlining operations, and enhancing communications within the organization. With a wealth of over 25 years of experience in operations and customer service under her belt, Katy's expertise is unmatched. Her meticulous attention to detail, penchant for exceeding expectations, remarkable organizational prowess, and adeptness in navigating complex scenarios truly distinguish her as a valuable asset to Lake City. In every task she undertakes, Katy consistently demonstrates a dedication to excellence that resonates throughout the entire company, making her an indispensable member of our team.
